Received 3 emails from apple not in my name

i’ve just received 3 emails from Apple, two discussing a case opened to Apple support in the name of Alia (my name is Hamad, not Alia) & I haven’t sent any emails to Apple support regarding anything.

Third email was also from Apple regarding a “Genius Bar appointment”, made in Dubai, I havent’t been to Dubai for more than 10 years now.

I guess someone is using my Apple ID or Apple ID email. Can anyone explain what’s going on & how do I stop someone using my email? & also stop receiving these emails ?

Doesn’t seem to be a spoofed email address, but I can’t be sure.

In any case, I did as Eric suggested above and opened up a chat with a representative.

She was very helpful & gave me a local number to call for support.

It seems that someone used an email very similar to mine & they just mistyped a digit.

They said it seemed like an honest mistake & posed no risk.

I’m hoping that emails will not keep coming, & if they do then I’ll have to revisit this issue.

Thanks to all for the support.

Do you see anything suspicious in the emails such as links for you to click to sign in? Possible signs of a scam?
