Why does my Apple Watch touch screen only work while charging?

Series 1 Apple Watch with current OSX installed. Touch screen fully responsive only when attached to the charger. Touch scteen only moderately responsive off charger.

Apple Watch touch screen not working Hi The touch screen on my Apple Watch has stopped working. It does work if I connect the Watch to charge but when I remove it from the charger it is unresponsive. It’s fully charged. I have tried a hard restart. I also did a soft restart when I had it on the charger. Now improvement. I also unpaired and then paired it. apple watch touchscreen only works when charging My daughter got an apple watch for xmas 2019 and since she did a software update (about 3 weeks ago), the touchscreen only works when it's on charge, which renders the watch unusable. Can anyone help? Thanks

Apple Watch wont charge after turning on (accessory its not supported by Apple Watch) I have an Apple Watch series 1 38mm sports edition everything seems to work fine but my apple watch wont stay on for long once it turns on it goes to the select language screen and after that it gives me the message "Low Battery To continue connect apple watch to its charger" and i bypass the screen by taking the watch off and on the charger and than it gives me the message " charging with this accessory its not supported by Apple Watchi have tried to hard reset it and i know its not my charger cables i have two brand new authentic chargers and it gives me the same message on both plus i have also tried to connect it directly to my mac proplease help i have no idea on what to do now

This doesn’t sound right. The only thing I can imagine is a failing battery and the voltage is too low to operate everything correctly without help,from the charger. It doesn’t really matter what is wrong, your best action is Contact Apple Support and have Apple techs check the hardware.
