I've been able to remove boarding passes from Wallet on my iPhone in the past after they've been used. But now I've got a couple of Southwest Airlines ones that won't let me. They don't give me the option to "remove" when I touch the information icon.

Make sure that you are not accessing the Wallet app as though you were attempting to use Apple Pay. Go to whatever folder or home screen that you have the app in and tap on it to open there. The ability to edit passes cannot be accessed if you are accessing Wallet in any other way.
Thanks for the prompt reply Allan. However the "small circle with an I in it" is what I was referring to as the information icon. Like I said, when I do that there's no option at the bottom of the screen to remove the boarding pass.
You're welcome. Glad you got it all sorted out. The reason you cannot do it any other way is a security measure, so no one could impact your account, without the phone being unlocked.
Click on the small circle with an I in it then follow the directions from there.
