i dropped my iPhone X in the shallow end of the pool and jumped in as soon as it fell and grabbed it off the bottom in roughly 10-20 seconds, now the back camera has water/condensation in it and the pictures are really blurry! I have tried putting it in rice and dried it right after it came out of the pool! Everything else is fine though.

Make sure you make a current backup before you go and be prepared to purchase an out of warranty device. If you have Apple Care Plus, you can use one of your two accidental damage deductions. Otherwise the out of warranty costs.

Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. You will undoubtedly have to get an out of warranty replacement.
By happy it's still working. Leave the phone turned off for at least a few days to give it time to fully dry out.
