How To TRANSFER/INSTALL Games On iPod Nano 3rd Gen

Hey everyone! Just before I explain my issue, here are a few things to know:

- I ALREADY HAVE the game .ipg (Game files)

- I have my iPod Nano 3rd Generation setup in the Macintosh format (Not Windows format)

I have searched all over the internet for how to install or transfer the game files onto the iPod, but all I have found is where to get the files. Most of the sources are illegal anyway and I already got them back when iTunes was selling the games. So does anyone know how to install the games somehow? Any help is appreciated.
