MacBook Pro with disc utility issue and not enough free space to the dick in order to reinstall macOS . Is there any way 1) to reinstall macOS or

2) to erase some folders from my disk and then to try to reinstall macOS or 3) to go back at the situation before the disc utility issue ?

If you have access to another Mac you can startup yours in Target Disk Mode and clear some space:

macOS Sierra: Transfer files between two computers using target disk mode

Also if you have a bootable external disk with a system on it you can try that.
