no Apps showing up in File Sharing in iTunes 12.7.5.9

This used to work, but now there are no apps showing up in File Sharing. See screenshot below. Have tried with several devices (iPhone 6 (11.4), iPhone 8 (11.3.1), iPad Pro (11.4)). Trying to load basemap imagery for Collector for ArcGIS. See screenshot below.

iTunes 12.8 file sharing not working My file sharing section is off and I have no idea how to turn it on. No article deals with this as it is new since 12.7. Everyone just assumes it’s on and populated with apps, but mine is not. I do have apps that file share on my device so this is quite frustrating.

Share option missing Hey all, after ios 13.4 update, I no longer see sharing option on my photo app and on my apple music app. Also, when press share option, it gets laggy(ie stutter movement on GUI) Anybody else has same issue? Jimo

Tried different install of iTunes and everything worked fine. Thanks for the help.
