iOS app to auto-start Pandora when connected to Bluetooth

I’m looking for an app that will start Pandora once I’m connected to my vehicle Bluetooth. IFTTT won’t do it and there is not an iOS version of Tasker. Tasker for Android will do it. I listen to YouTube music at night on headphones. When I reconnect to the vehicle Bluetooth, YouTube won’t play and Siri says it can’t start Pandora through steering wheel controls even though all Do Not Disturb options while driving are turned off. Any ideas?

It is a 2015 Sierra Denali with GMC Intellilink. Examples of what I have tried using steering wheel controls. .1. “Siri, start Pandora app. “ ( vehicle not moved) Response: “You need to unlock your phone first.” 2. “Siri, start Pandora app.” (vehicle in motion) Response: “Sorry, I can’t do that while you are in the car.” All Do Not Disturb while driving settings are turned off or set to manual. I can drive 75MPH down the highway and Siri will create and read texts through steering wheel controls all day. She just won’t start Pandora. I am aware that a $9.99 a month Apple Music subscription would solve this problem. Thank you for the help.
