I want to upgrade my MacBook Pro's HDD (13", Mid 2012) to SSD. I've purchased Samsung 850 V-NAND SSD 120GB. I'd like to know is it compatible with my MacBook or not? Please see the image.
My MacBook Pro Specs:
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

I have one in my MBP mid-2012 and it appears to be working okay so far.
However I did RMA one once to Samsung and they told me it was a "fake" "counterfeit"
"Chinese Knock-off". At first they did not want to RMA it but later agreed to RMA it.
So you need to purchase from a reputable source.
OWC has a sale on Certified Mac compliant SSD from $35.
So I would just buy one from OWC.com

A Mac compatible SSD with a 3 year warranty for $35 is great.
120gb. appears to be more than enough for my boot drives even though I have many apps installed and about 20gb. in personal docs and files still leaves me with about 30gb FREE.
I have Garage band, iMovie, iWork suite, MS Office 2011, Adobe, and many more apps installed.
I use a 1tb. network drive and USB drive for off-loading large files or backups.
However I have never run out of disk space on a 120gb. SSD. I don't store music or movies on my SSD's
Just personal docs, photos, and files.
At 5gb. writes per day a 120gb SSD will endure over 80 years. Far out lasting the life of the expectancy of the mac.
a 256gb SSD will endure twice that at over 160 years.
a 500gb SSD will endure over 300 years at 5gb write per day.
That's because the more flash nand to write too, the long the endurance or life expectancy.
That's about $2 per year on the price of these Neptune SSD's.
Less than 16-cents per month.

The 2012 models are the last that use the 2.5" form-factor SATA III drives. If that is what you have then it may work. Macs may have issues with certain Samsung models.
