Adding debit card to “Payment & Shipping” section

I’ve been trying to add my capitec debit card to the “Payment & Shipping” section in order to use it for Apple Music. However this error message keeps popping up:

“Your Payment method was declined. Please enter valid payment method information.”

I’ve contacted my bank (Capitec) and they said my debit card is enabled for online banking. I don’t know what else to do.

inability to add a payment method to my account Hi everyone, severally i have tried to add a payment method (Debit card) to my apple account but each time the card is declined with a message reading that it is not an acceptable payment method. so please what is the acceptable payment with apple so i can add and be able to make online payments. thank you.
