Forced to change passcode

Why does my iPhone 7 require me to change my passcode every few months? My friends have the same phone and never have to change theirs. Is it a setting?

iPhone 7, iOS 11.4

Do you have a work email set up on the phone?

Under Settings>General, scroll to the bottom and look for Profiles. Anything listed there?
