Uninstall Avira and Dr Cleaner as per the developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.
Uninstall Uninstall Avira, Dr Cleaner and Dr Anti-Virus. They are running whether you realize it or not, using lots of resources and doing nothing for you.n Additionally, you hard drive is getting low low on free space and you should being making room by moving larger files off to removable media.

You would have to actively allow malware to install to get it, but if you happen to allow malware in, run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac. There is a free version you can download.
