Email saying iCloud storage full and it’s not

I have bought 2 tb of storage on iCloud. The highest you can get. And I’m still getting emails saying your storage is full. can anyone help? It stops my emails coming in. I know I can clear things but I bought the storage and want to use it!

Are you sure that it is indicating that your iCloud storage is full, or is it the storage on the iPhone? That is two different types of storage. Storage on the iPhone cannot be increased, and the purchase of additional storage in iCloud does not help with a lack of storage on the iPhone.


Please provide additional information about this email. Have you checked to ensure that it is a legitimate email from Apple? Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
