I have bought 2 tb of storage on iCloud. The highest you can get. And I’m still getting emails saying your storage is full. can anyone help? It stops my emails coming in. I know I can clear things but I bought the storage and want to use it!
Are you sure that it is indicating that your iCloud storage is full, or is it the storage on the iPhone? That is two different types of storage. Storage on the iPhone cannot be increased, and the purchase of additional storage in iCloud does not help with a lack of storage on the iPhone.
Please provide additional information about this email. Have you checked to ensure that it is a legitimate email from Apple? Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
Yes it does, however it would seem that it believes you have the standard iCloud storage, since it is showing that you can upgrade to 50GB. If you go into Settings>(your name)>iCloud , what does it show for how much storage you have available and total? When did you purchase this 2TB of storage?
Interesting. I'm guessing that they are both the same iCloud ID? I would say you are going to have to contact Apple Support about that one, since the iPad is reflecting the 2TB storage. Sorry I couldn't help any further than that.
