I can charge this iPhone with
- an Apple charger
- any other mains charger
but NOT with a (=3) powerbank (I tested with 6000mAh, 15000mAh and 30000 mAh).
My iPads (2) do accept all powerbanks.
What could be the reason that the iPhone doesn't charge with the powerbanks, while the iPad does?

And yes, I always update to the latest version (which is 11.4 now) and yes again, every iPhone and iPad has its Apple lightning cable. I should have mentioned that to prevent someone is thinking in that direction. I also cross-switched the cables to check the cables with the same result: iPhone is not charging while iPad does. And of course the cables are in good condition, because with the mains adapter there is no problem at all.
Any clues?
