Replacing Battery at a Different Apple Store

I had originally requested to have my iPhone's battery replaced at one Apple Store, but by the time the battery was ready to be replaced I had moved. Since I never actually brought in my phone to have the battery replaced, could I still bring in my iPhone to a different Apple Store and qualify for the special pricing this year?
