Can I use one ITunes to backup multiple iPhones on separate Apple IDs

I have a friend who wants to backup her iPhone, but her PC does not have enough storage left on it to perform the backup. I want to know if I can sign into her Apple ID on my iTunes (on my PC) and if I will be able to backup her iPhone successfully without compromising my past backups or sharing information from our seperate iPhones. Thanks!
