how to make a genius bar appointment
I can't seem to make a genius bar appointment online. Can anybody help?

Use this link https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ or use the Apple support app on your phone. With both, I am able to see the next available appointment at my local Apple store within about 1 minute. There are several screens to go through but I can get to,the final spot.
