As we are not Apple, we cannot give you any definitive date for when El Capitan will no longer receive security updates. We cannot even tell you for sure that the release of macOS Mojave will be when El Capitan is no longer supported. Only Apple knows.

All Apple has said about the Mojave release data is "Fall 2018". Fall officially ends 21-Dec-2018, and if Mojave is not ready for release by then, Apple will delay its release until they are happy with the software. There are most likely lots of behind the scenes reason Mojave will be released before that date, but the reality is that "Crystal Balls" are not what they used to be.
If you really need something definitive, you will need to contact Apple.
