How do I delete "instruments and lessons" for GarageBand on Mac? (MacOS 10.13.2)

Before you respond, keep in mind:

  • I've already removed the application file
  • I've checked other answers and when it said to delete the Garage Band folder and the Logic folder and whatnot, I noticed that all were not there and were, probably, already deleted.

Thank you!

to delete the Garage Band folder and the Logic folder

Did you delete the application support folders from both the system library and your user library? Or only from one library.

Check, if you still have GarageBand items in the Library folder in your user library in your home folder: To open the user library, hold down the Options key ⌥ while using the finder menu "Finder > GO > Library".

  • ~/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/ or ~/Library/Application Support/Logic

    ~/Library/Audio/Apple Loops

  • Check, if you still have GarageBand items in the Library folder at the top level of your system drive.
    • /Library/Application Support/GarageBand/ or /Library/Application Support/Logic
    • /Library/Audio/Apple Loops
