App won't delete off iPhone

Trying to delete an app showing up twice on iPhone. All other apps "wiggle" and have an x beside them to delete except for this app.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.4

Numbers is deleteable on my iPhone.

First of all, since it appears twice, the chances are at least one of the appearances has someone else's Apple ID. Be certain you're either enrolled in Family Sharing or using only apps, music, etc. with your own Apple ID on this iPhone.
