How to export iMovie Mobile project to iCloud?

The first project I created in iMovie mobile automatically created a folder on iCloud Drive and saved the project file-media bundle. After creating a second project 6 months later, not only has it not automatically saved to iCloud Drive as previously but export project to iCloud (NOT the video alone!) CANNOT be found anywhere in the app or settings! Worse still every verbatim search for such in Apple Support yields only how to import or share the video itself.

Why is this time wasting nonsense the case?

BECAUSE APPLE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE UTTERLY INCOMPETENT NOW! They find a way to screw up something that was common sense utility design 6-7 years ago by their then far better personnel!
