Hi, i want to buy an apple watch series 3 from the English website as they dont sell it in my country. After the purchase i want to use the watch in Lithuania. The cellular is very important to me because i need it to receive calls everywhere i go. Is it possible to buy an apple watch from England and use it in another country with cellular?

In theory a U.K. purchased Apple Watch with cellular would work in Lithuania, but there are two problems. The watch must be purchased direct from Apple, either online or in an Apple Store so you can be sure there are no locks applied by buying from a network. The second problem is a show stopper, if you look at Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple you will see none of the networks in Lithuania offer support for Apple Watch. Without network cupport the cellular functions will not work.

Only if there are cellular carriers in said country that support that watch.
Lithuania does not appear to have any carriers that support the watch.
You would need to contact your cellular carriers to find out which of them have plans of supporting the Apple Watch.
Also, note, that you need an iPhone to setup the Apple Watch. It is not a standalone device.
