can not add family member

Question

can not add family member

hi

i want to add my daughter ( she has apple id) to my family sharing to use apple music..

in my family show only me and my wife

i want to add family member..

3 options is possible

1= invite via i message

2- invite in person

3 create child account..

here is the result...

1- it is not open i massage and give me an error that said : "cannot complete action. this action cannot be completed at this time " and ok nothing happen..

2=open a page that ask me to write family members name or e mail adress ..when i write her e mail i get an error

that said :"cannot complete action. this action cannot be completed at this time " and ok nothing happen..

i tried the same thing in my mac and i get this error :

Unable to invite xxx@gmail.com to Family Sharing

There was an error inviting xxxx@gmail.com to Family Sharing. Please try again later.

i tried thousand times..

i get the same answer ... please help

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with Family Sharing. This help article has the proper steps and screenshots to help you set up Family Sharing: Set up Family Sharing

If you still have issues after checking the procedure in the article, verify her Apple ID is not currently attached to another family group, and that she has not switched family groups already once this year.

If you can't accept the invitation, see if someone else joined a family with your Apple ID or is sharing purchased content from your Apple ID. Remember, you can only join one family at a time, and you can only switch to a different family group once per year.

Lastly, if you removed her from your family group to change a setting or set it up again, you may need to restart both her device, and your device, before trying to invite her again. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
