I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 but since this I can’t post to Instagram & share on Facebook. It says no manageable Facebook pages found yet both apps appear to be linked. I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled etc reset passwords - any ideas?

Still can’t share photos but I can share someone else’s post to my Facebook?! A random quote!
Tried sharing old photo tried adding new & sharing still no luck!
I think it is working now but won’t let me share older Instagram posts - I was testing
