Incorrectly Billed for App

I was charged for The app, Mixgram, before the trial period was over and was unable to cancel my subscription without being charged. Two options were available after the free trial and I was also charged the higher amount. I first used the app, beginning the free trial on 7/4 and my bank account was charged on 7/6. The charge came out of my bank account on the third day, before the free trial ended and prior to being able to cancel.
