ethernet not working after high sierra update
After updating from MacOS Sierra to High Sierra, our office 27" 5k iMac seems to be having a problem with the Ethernet. The ethernet connection was working well for a week and then suddenly it stopped. We first assumed it was a problem with the service provider, but when we checked on our other iMac which is still running OS Sierra it is working fine.
We have tried an SMC reset and also removed the Ethernet from the Network in System Preferences and added it again but nothing seems to work. We even downgraded back to Sierra which was what was preinstalled in the mac.
But that did not work too. Can anyone help?
