Where do I put pxplay.xpi file

Hello,

I was attempting to view an online tutorial for some software I own, and was told I didn't have the correct plug-in to view it. It sent me to a download page where a file called 'pxplay.xpi' was downloaded to my desktop. There were no instructions on where to install the file.

I'm running Safari Version 2.0.4 (419.3), and OS X Version 10.4.8

Anyone know what to do with this file?

PowerMac G5, PowerBook G4, Xserve G5, MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Hi William

Not sure if this plug-in is Mac browser friendly? However, if it is, you would move it to the Internet Plug-ins folder in your HD>Library (to be accessible by all users on the computer), or Your User Account>Library (to be accessed only by you).

Restart Safari. If the video does not play in Safari, try it in Firefox 2.0.
