itunes family sharing not on computer

I have family sharing but I cannot use it on the computer that I use (same ID and such). When I browse, all of the songs require a purchase.


How do I fix this (and why would I even have to)?

Thanks but I did all of that.


I found the solution, but it wasn't from Apple... it was on another forum (irony implied).


If you are a Windows user, you have to download, install and sign into "iCloud for Windows".


You'd think that iTunes would be enough.
