I want to share my music library with family and have tried all the support articles nothing works, still my family does not see my music. I have enabled purchase sharing and I have used the correct logins and they are signed in with the correct identity. Have followed all the support articles, still cannot see each other's music.

Wondering if you have access to "Family Sharing" on your device?
Eg: On my Mac running "Big Sur" ,
I can click on the little black Apple icon on the left in the top menu bar, and choose "System Preferences"
In the small window that opens, there is a little blue icon near the top for "Family Sharing".
If you click on the icon, you can follow the steps to set up Family Sharing.

I assume you have setup Family Sharing properly:

What kind of music are you trying to share? As I understand it, if you turned on Purchase Sharing you should be able to share the music you bought from the iTunes Store. But I do not believe you can share music that you lease with an Apple Music subscription (you can share playlists, but everyone gets their own music library). I may be wrong, but that is what I infer from the 'Share purchases from the App Store and more' and 'Everyone's personal files and preferences stay private' sections in:
