Support for Qualcomm Quick Charge technology ?

I can see that Apple states that the iPhone 7 Plus supports some form of quick charge with the supplied charger for the first 80% of the charge cycle, at which time the charging speed is lowered to preserve battery life (Apple call this stage for the "maintenance charging" stage).

But I just can't seem to find any info whether or not the iPhone 7 Plus supports Qualcomm Quick Charging technology, which is pretty great to know before buying an external battery pack since if I buy a QQC enabled pack, I risk damaging the battery when using it with the 7 Plus.

So, since Apple doesn't really seem to disclose any info on the matter, I hope someone inhere can answer this question for me - I'd be extremely grateful, that's for sure :-)
