About iTunes subscription

Hi! I have a problem with iTunes subscription,on my phone there’s no information that I have it subscribed but every time I get a message that i need to pay for this subscription. It asks 3.99 dollars. As I have no money on my card I get the message like ‘refusal’The only subscription I have is VIP which I can’t cancel as well there is no such a function. And also I can’t update my credit card information and I don’t want to point that one with money as I will be withdrawn money without me canceling the subscription. Please help.
