voiceauth cupertino

Though it is not appleid issue, I could not find general security issue. The debit card, issued to my son who is under 18, started showing this charge for the last few days:

07-07-2018 *Pending DEBIT AUTHORIZATION Jul07 11:40p 7295AT 23:40 APPLE RETAIL VOICE CUPERTINO $ 5.00

07-05-2018 *Pending DEBIT AUTHORIZATION Jul05 06:17p 7295AT 18:17 APPLE RETAIL VOICE CUPERTINO $ 5.00

What is this charge? It doesn't seem valid to me. My son tells me he is not buying anything at apple store and it doesn't show up in my purchase history at apple store.
