Latest Security Update Won't Install

Ok Mac Pro 3.1 El Cap 10.11.6 Latest Security Update 2018-004 does not show up in the App Store so I followed a link to the Apple Support Downloads site. Trying to install this I encountered the following error.

User uploaded file

Interestingly I can reinstall the previous Security Update with no such errors. The latest Safari update installed without problems.

Any ideas why it won't.

Thanks.

Hi thanks for replying, but I managed to figure out what is wrong with the download. I expanded the package using Terminal and then opened the Distribution file in BBEdit there is a list of about 49 Plist checks where it compares Versions that it can install on. So the build number of my El Capitan install was missing (15G21012) so I just changed 15G21013 to mine, saved the new version of the Distribution and then re packaged the file, and now it would install.
