Welcome to Apple Music Screen

I’m copy/pasting my question from an April post that’s been locked, and the one reply it received doesn’t work for me. As you can see in the screenshot, I have no “Not Now“ option. I have to click on Continue each time.

Please help me remove this annoying screen.

When I open "Music" on my iOS devices and I'm on WiFi or cellular, I'm confronted with a "Welcome to Apple Music" screen that only offers the option of "Continue".
