Welcome to Apple Music Screen

I’m copy/pasting my question from an April post that’s been locked, and the one reply it received doesn’t work for me. As you can see in the screenshot, I have no “Not Now“ option. I have to click on Continue each time.

Please help me remove this annoying screen.
