The phone locked it self in my pocket at work

If this means, that you can't get past your lock screen, and your phone is disabled for a long time, you'll have to restore it on your computer again:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Did you lock the screen, before you put it into your pocket?
