How to transfer 4K videos filmed with my iPhone 8+ to my macbook air?

I recently filmed videos with my iPhone 8+ for work and it seems like it can't be transfered on my Macbook Air with Airdrop nor with the iPhone cable. The shortest video is 0:05 and the longest is 11:02. Anyone know how I can send it/transfer it to my mac?

Thanks!

If your iPhone is taking the videos in the HEVC format, you need a Mac with High Sierra to import them using USB.

Or change the setting on the iPhone, so the iPhone will convert the videos to H.264 format.

Go to Settings > Photos. In the "Transfer to Mac or PC" section, tap "Automatic" to ensure the media will be converted when importing.
