How to transfer big video

How can I transfer “big” video from iPhone (XS) or iPad (Pro) to PC/Dropbox/WhatsApp/any non Apple service? I’ve recently discovered that it’s not possible to do that normally if the video is from more or less 20 seconds upwards.

There is no such limit as "20 seconds onwards". Yesterday I have uploaded a video from my iPhone 6 to Google Photos 17:33 minutes.

Moreover time cannot be a limit, it has to be size of video. So it seems to me that someone one has mislead you into this concept of time.

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes on your PC. Importing photos to your PC requires iTunes 12.5.1 or later.
  2. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your PC with a USB cable.
  3. You might need to unlock your iOS device using your passcode.
  4. You might also see a prompt on the iOS device asking you to Trust This Computer. Tap Trust or Allow to continue.

Then, follow the steps in these Microsoft knowledge base articles to learn how to import photos to Windows Photos app:

When you import videos from your iOS device to your PC, some might be rotated incorrectly in Windows Photos app. You can add these videos to iTunes to play them in the correct orientation.

I’m sorry, I have misspoken, obviously the problem is about size, it was just to say that I had problems even with very short videos.

Anyway, I didn’t manage to transfer connecting my iPhone to my PC with a usb cable via ITunes (the version is updated), neither simply using Dropbox, but I also read that Google Photos doesn’t give problems, so I’m glad you say you use Google Photos and it works.
