Mid 2012 MacBook Pro Kernel Trap

So heres the gag i bought a mid 2012 macbook pro retina off ebay for a good price knowing that it has a few issues but lord help me this thing is a mess and im on the verge of returning it but im hoping people here would know what it means. Everything works fine (somewhat, Trackpad is cracked and the keyboard acts up) but with a external mouse and keyboard its fine and it has nothing to do with this i googled the kind of kernel panic but nothing comes up heres the log any help?
