I cannot turn off shuffle feature on my iPhone
I cannot turn off shuffle. I've read the Apple article about navigating features. I can't select repeat either. Tapping or pressing the Shuffle button changes nothing. Running 11.4 on my iPhone X.

See Play, repeat, and shuffle music - Apple Support. In the screen you've shown Play will start playing the list from the first track and should turn off shuffle if it is on. Shuffle will enable shuffle mode and start playing a random track from the list. Use the control on the Now Playing screen when you slide it up, or tell Siri to "Shuffle off".
