I'm using a Windows 10 computer. How do I move the Apple Maps pin for my client to a new location?

I work for an agency that is adding our clients to Apple Maps. I don't use a Mac, I work from a Windows 10 laptop. I have my clients loaded into Apple Maps, but can't move the map pins to the correct location. How do I move the map pins in Apple Maps from a non-Mac device?
