Can I send money through a text message to a non-Apple user
I would like to send my daughter some money using the apply pay in a text message. However, she uses an Android phone. Will I be able to send her money?

One option (not involving Apple Pay) is Google Pay. They have an iPhone app. Google Pay on the App Store
Also many banks now have payment options built into their apps. Many are using Zelle.
