I have a 2012 Mac mini (macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) and today I started experiencing some sort of bug. Whenever I try to watch a video on full screen (Youtube even Netflix on Safari), the video keeps minimizing after I just full screened it.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
PS. I already reset the NV Ram and the problem still persists.

Perhaps it is a problem with one Safari extension.
You may try disabling any Safari extensions that may be installed and see if it makes a difference. If it works with extensions disabled, try gradually enabling them and test if the problem comes back.

I fixed the problem with your suggested solution Luis, thank you. The steps required to solve this problem were as follows: Disable all extensions in safari, close safari and reboot, after a reboot you should have no problem anymore.
A few things you can test: does the problem occur in a different browser (e.g. Firefox)?
does the problem occur in Safari in a different user account?
Just tested this in Firefox and the same problem doesn't seem to happen
