Add all songs by an Artist to a playlist
Hi folks. I'm trying to figure out a way to make a playlist for all albums of one artist but I cannot figure out a way to do this. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah I thought of that but I think I'm going to get some stuff I don't want. Doesn't seem like there is a real answer for this. I've found other threads from years ago requesting the same thing with no result. Seems like something easy for Apple to do.
Not sure why you'd get stuff you do not want. You can simply not select those songs prior to choosing "Playlist From Selection". You can also instruct iTunes to only search the ARTIST field to limit where it is looking for what you search for. You do this in the search box in the upper right hand corner of the iTunes screen - click on the magnify glass and choose "Artist"
Alternately, you can create a smart playlist for that artist. The benefit of that is as you add new songs from that artist to your library they will automatically be added to the playlist.
Probably right on this. I think I left out some key information. These are songs in Apple Music that I do not want in my library but want to have a playlist for. AFAIK, you cannot use smart playlist for songs that are not in your library.
I'd do a search for that artist, highlight all the songs found, and then choose File menu > New > Playlist From Selection
