"Can't download episodes from your feed." Help!

I'm brand new to podcasting. I've been hosting the episodes on my website, and using WordPress to make the episode posts. I use the PowerPress plugin to try to submit the episodes to iTunes, but I get failed validation and "Can't download episodes from your feed."

Here is my feed: http://www.meandtheeandthree.com/feed/podcast/

I've tried reading a dozen answers to similar questions, but I admit I'm lost. I don't think the issue is the enclosure tag, which it sounds like is one of the more common issues. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The URL of your top episode's media file is given aas

http://meandtheeandthree.com/episodes/Me Thee Three Ep 13.mp3

Spaces are not allowed in a URL and though browsers can handle it by substituting a code for each space, Podcasts Connect and the Store don't do this and therefore see the URL as ending at the first space. You need to remove the spaces in this and any other URL in the feed by renaming the files and amending the feed - the usual practice is to substitute an underscore for each space.
