iTunes not showing iCloud purchases in movie or TV show library

There are no movies showing up in my library after updating to 12.8.0.150 I tried chatting with Apple support who seemed to think this was normal - not sure they understood. The library just shows empty. It says my purchases in iCloud will appear here when I'm signed into the iTunes store. I certainly am. I have tried signing out and back in to no avail. I can't find a setting or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

There was in issue over the weekend that affected the view of unhidden undownloaded iCloud content in iTunes. If this hasn't yet resolved for you try signing out of the iTunes Store, then sign in again. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support if the issue persists.
