Back sensor came off when i charged it.
After plugging in my watch, the sensor stayed stuck on the magnet (came off). Now there’s no sound and makes clicking noise when i attempt to charge it.

Stop trying to use a damaged device. Contact Apple Support to arrange inspection by Apple, they will advise your options after examining the damage.
