Beats Solo 3 Won't Power ON

When plugged in all 4 lights are lit solid white. I tired holding the power button and mute buttons for 10 seconds up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds and nothing worked. I also made sure the firmware was updated. The firmware software said it was up to date and showed a 100% charge. Sometimes if I push the power button I can get the light on the button to come on for a second and then it fades away. Sometimes the unit seems to reset and the white lights turn off and turn on again. I have been playing with this for a while and feel I have tried everything. Am I possibly missing something?
