I don't have subscriptions on my iPad
When I go to my apple iTunes account I don't see the subscriptions so I can cancel one.

You are sure that the subscription is being paid by that account, its payments show on its purchase history ? If they do show there have you tried using your computer's iTunes ? If the section also doesn't show there contact iTunes Support and see if they can stop it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
